C-Way's Debit order return policy

I agree and understand, if my Debit Order return unpaid, a R150 Admin Fee will be charged to my account. If I return the debit order deliberately during the agreement, a R200 Admin fee will be levied. All oustanding amounts need to be paid before my account will be set to active.
C-Way's Customer conduct policy

I agree and understand that C-Way does not allow cursing or threatening behavior towards their Staff at any time, or diminishing the image of the C-Way brand on Social Media by any customer.
C-Way's Free Installation policy

I agree and understand that if I do not pay for Installation and/or Activation, at the time of sign-up, I will be obliged to pay back the Activation and/or Installation fees C-Way incurred on my behalf with the Fibre Network Operator if I cancel, move premises, or if my account falls in arrears for 30 days or more. For Activation and Installation prices per FNO refer to https://www.c-way.co.za/cancellation_fees
C-Way's Internet Cancellation policy

I agree and understand that C-Way requires one Full Calendar month notice also known as a clean month cancellation. Not 30 days. Example: If you cancel on 1 November your cancellation date will be on 31 December. Cancellations should only be done by completing the Cancellation Request form at https://www.c-way.co.za/cancel
C-Way's Rendering of Service policy

I agree and understand that Internet Services are a collective effort from many role players working together and 24/7/365 days service rendering cannot be warranted. I understand that C-Way cannot be held responsible for outages in isolation from other role players.
Customer's Credit Check Consent

I consent to C-WAY COMPUTERS carrying out a credit check on me at any applicable credit bureau and may make the provision of the Goods or Services dependent on its satisfaction with the results. I also understand that C-Way records all subsequent monthly payment information to be kept by the Nation Credit Bureau.
C-Way's Registration fee

I understand that included in my application fee, C-Way levy a R100 non-refundable registration fee.
